What does it cost me to list as a Celebrant on JustCelebrants? Setting
up a profile costs just $99 a year. How do I pay for my profile? We currently utilise PayPal for all our payments. JustCelebrants does not provide accounts nor can you add the cost of a JustCelebrants profile to your Celebrante account if you have one. Does the year's subscription go to a particular date? No, your subscription is exactly one year from the day you register to one year later. If you sign up on May 12 2009, you will need to renew by May 12 2010.
How does JustCelebrants rank the profiles? All profiles are sorted randomly. Can I put a photo on my profile? Better than that, you can put three! And reasonably large ones too. You have a photo gallery of three pictures all to a maximum of 300 x 300 pixels. You can then nominate which of these will appear as your main thumbnail photo for when your profile appears in the search results.
Can I hide my profile if I'm too busy or want a break? Yes.
You can hide your profile for as short or as long a time as you
choose. All you have to do is log in and click on the right button! But hiding your profile for a month does not extend your subscription.
Can I put my phone number, e-mail or web addresses on my profile? Yes, you can.
Can we have more than one celebrant on the profile? The profiles are designed so that people can search for a
celebrant for their special occasion. If there are more than one
celebrant on a profile, then the potential customer is only going to
get annoyed at having to search again through the profile, so, no, only one celebrant per profile
Why is it taking so long for my profile to appear? New
profiles should appear once the registration process, including payment, is complete. If your profile hasn't appeared within
48 hours, please contact us at support at justcelebrants dot com dot au.
